Melbourne Community Care - Melbourne Community Care is a registered charity with an Information Centre based in the Market Place, Melbourne, (01332) 863585. The Centre is manned Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 2 pm. The principle service of the Centre is the provision of information on health related matters. They hold contact information, pamphlets and brochures on all service providers and their volunteers are happy to help anyone to find the right support if they cannot provide that support.
