There have been several occasions recently whereby the service that is provided by the Royal Derby Hospital has failed and the Practice, and more importantly the Patients, have been inconvenienced, having their blood test appointments cancelled.
Please be assured that the Practice has escalated this as we find it totally unacceptable. We are doing what we can to accommodate the appointments that are needing to rebooked.
