In an attempt to reduce the spread of Coronavirus between our patients and staff, we will be contacting any patients that have an appointment booked with a GP to see if the consultation can be done over the telephone. If you feel that you still need to see the GP face-to-face then that is currently ok to do, as long as you have no Coronavirus symptoms (high temperature and/or persistent cough). You will be asked by the Receptionist if a telephone call is suitable and whether you have any symptoms if you choose to attend surgery.
We are also asking patients to only attend surgery if absolutely necessary. Contact via Telephone or email is the preferred method, again to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.
The welfare of both our patients and staff is our primary concern and we thank you in advance for your co-operation.
